York
Episode #4 of Ecky Thump! will take place in York and will be hosted by the York School of Defence. It will take place at the historic Railway Institute, a former Victorian train shed that has been converted into a badminton complex.
The venue features a historic wooden floor from the 1940’s so you must wear indoor only, non marking soles.
Due to major building work around the station we’ve lost some of our regular car parking at the venue. Please park sensibly (and closely!) In the green areas. Do NOT park in the red areas as this is now a temporary access road and your car will be clamped and towed. There is a large NCP pay-and-display car park behind the venue (shown in blue), it is expensive but close if you can’t get parking in the green areas. The entrance to the gym is the large pink arrow.
