There will be photographers and videographers at Ecky Thump! so it is important that you read the following.
By attending Ecky Thump! you agree and understand that:
- Pictures and videos may be taken of you on the day of the event.
- Pictures and videos may be taken of you at any related social activities.
- These pictures and videos may be used by Ecky Thump! for promotional purposes on websites, social media and print media.
- If you do not wish to be photographed or videoed in relation to Ecky Thump! it is your duty to make this known to any photographers and videographers present so your face and/or body can be blurred or removed from any images.
Please note:
- Ecky Thump! understands that many attendees may wish to photograph or film their own matches or those of their friends, whilst this is permissiable we insist that this is done with the consent of all featured parties.
- Ecky Thump! can advise attendees with regards to photography and filming ettiquette but cannot guarantee that you will not appear in other attendees own personal films and photos.
